DC Managed Services

On-Prem Datacenter Management

- Manage physical/virtual servers and associated infrastructure
- Monitor server/app hardware/software availability and performance
- Disk partitioning and OS disk space management
- System log file and user account management
- Incident, request, and change monitoring
- Follow server startup/shutdown procedures as per HDFC-AMC
- Patch management for Microsoft & non-Microsoft OS
- User login script creation/modification
- Daily/weekly/monthly checklist review
- Event log analysis and repeat incident alert analysis
- DHCP and DNS reconfiguration
- System state backup
- OS installation and configuration (Windows, Linux, Unixall variants)
- Install/configure enterprise services (ADS, DNS, DHCP, FTP, IIS, Apache, etc.)
- Virtualization tech support (Hypervisor, Active Directory, DNS, etc.)
- Oracle VM Management
- Install Trend Micro Deep Security,



apply DAT/patch updates
- Terminal, file server, cluster service management
- MIR prep for major incidents
- Reinstall systems post-incident
- Vendor coordination and reporting
- Perform scheduled patching every quarter
- Manage Windows, Linux servers
- VMWare/Hyper-V virtualization management
- AD and ADFS management
- Database management (MS-SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Network (Data) management
- Storage and Backup Management
- Monitor server availability, failures, disk/memory/CPU usage
- Log file/VMware/critical service monitoring
- False-positive validation and alert ticketing
- Risk identification and mitigation planning
- Vendor/OEM coordination and SLA tracking
