Role Description The Data Search role is a full-time remote position focused on identifying, collecting, and validating real estate and finance-related data from various digital and offline sources.

Responsibilities include performing detailed data searches, cleaning and organizing datasets,



and updating the central database to ensure accuracy and completeness. The role involves running basic analyses to spot inconsistencies or gaps, collaborating with research and analytics teams to support ongoing projects, and documenting data sources and methodologies. The individual in this role will also help improve data processes, follow quality standards, and contribute to timely delivery of data-driven insights for clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Data Analytics for interpreting and validating datasets.
- Attention to detail and high standards for data accuracy and documentation.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, database.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings and documenting processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, statistics, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in real estate, finance, research, or analytics is an advantage.
