Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in data science and a strong interest in modern AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong foundation in data science, and prior experience working with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision (CV).

The candidate should also have current or recent experience working with Agentic AI frameworks and be comfortable building intelligent, autonomous AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Work as a Data Scientist across the complete lifecycle of AI/ML projects.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate machine learning and AI models to solve business

problems.
- Apply prior experience in NLP and/or Computer Vision to relevant use cases.
- Design and develop solutions using Agentic AI frameworks and LLM-based

technologies.
- Build intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, and task

execution.
- Experiment with emerging AI techniques and frameworks to improve model performance

and application capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to translate

requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Analyze data, identify patterns, and communicate insights and technical findings

- Stay updated with the latest developments in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, NLP,

and Machine Learning. Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of skilled experience as a Data Scientist.
- Strong experience across Data Science / Machine Learning.
- Prior hands-on experience in NLP or Computer Vision.
- Current experience working with Agentic AI frameworks is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model development, and

evaluation.
- Experience with Python and commonly used data science/ML libraries.
- Good understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, and AI application development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical

stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Hands-on experience with popular Agentic AI / LLM frameworks.
- Experience building AI agents, multi-agent systems, or tool-using AI applications.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and LLM evaluation.
- Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
