We’re Hiring: Data Scientist Location: Pune Experience: 6–9 Years | About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team and work on impactful data-driven problem statements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in data science, statistical modeling, and machine learning frameworks, along with strong domain knowledge in Healthcare, Finance, or Banking . This is an IC4 individual contributor role that requires both technical depth and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities Perform exploratory data analysis, build and optimize classification/regression models, and create visualizations. Work with numeric, imaging, and textual data for wrangling and insights. Apply statistical analysis, modeling techniques, and machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, Keras).

Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for data science solutions and ML services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams,



proactively learn recent technologies, and adapt to evolving data science methodologies. Mentor junior members and contribute to the team’s knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications ~5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science . ~3+ years in exploratory data analysis, visualization, classification/regression algorithms, and statistical modeling. ~ Strong programming skills (Python preferred) with solid understanding of OOPS concepts. ~2+ years of domain experience in Healthcare, Finance, or Banking . ~2+ years working with ML frameworks (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, Keras, etc.) and cloud platforms. ~3+ years handling numeric, imaging, and textual data wrangling. ~1+ year mentoring junior team members. Good to Have ~ Experience with MLOps and DevSecOps practices.
