Nightly Exception Report

Review &

- Remediation • Review the nightly disclosure exception report to identify and diagnose breaks across categories, including: ◦ Ticker mismatches between covered issuers and Salesforce data feeds ◦ Incorrectly mapped product/coverage mappings ◦ Stale or outdated Salesforce data • Investigate root cause for each exception and identify corrections to source data to resolve the break. Provide recommendations to BERO daily · Escalate unresolved or recurring exceptions with supporting analysis to BERO 2. Post-Publication Disclosure Quality Assurance • Perform post-publication sampling of issued research reports to confirm disclosures were accurate at time of publication (daily/weekly depending on capacity) • Apply the same root-cause methodology used in nightly exception review (ticker, product mapping, staleness) to identify and log any discrepancies found in the sample • Document findings and potential remediation plans of any confirmed disclosure errors,



including any required corrective/compliance follow-up • Escalate results to BERO 3. Client &
- Issuer Hierarchy Maintenance • Validate client and issuer hierarchy information (parent/subsidiary and ultimate-parent relationships) used to drive disclosure aggregation • Partner with BE team to resolve hierarchy discrepancies identified through exception processing or sampling 4. Ticker &
- Ultimate Parent Mapping • Validate ticker mappings across ultimate parent entities to ensure disclosures roll up correctly at the consolidated entity level • Partner With BE team to resolve ticker/ultimate parent discrepancies identified through exception process or sampling Open Positions None Mandatory Skills Reference Data,Data Management,Root Cause Analysis,Data Quality Assurance,Data Maintenance,Data Reporting,Invest,Investment Banking,Process Improvement Education Qualification Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in business management, finance or law
