We Are Hiring: Inventory Management Executive

Company: Sarda Iron Steel Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Office and Warehouse near Avani Mall, Shalimar, Howrah

Preferred Candidates: Residents of Domjur or Howrah

We are looking for an energetic and detail oriented person to manage our inventory system and keep our stock records accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update daily inventory records of incoming and outgoing material

Track stock levels, reconcile physical stock with system records and report differences

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock reports for management

Coordinate with the warehouse, dispatch and accounts teams

Keep documentation such as challans, invoices and stock registers organised

Requirements

Solid command of MS Excel and Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, formulas,



data formatting)

Prior experience in inventory or stock management preferred; freshers with excellent Excel skills may also apply

Active, disciplined and quick to take initiative

Good communication skills in Hindi, Bengali and basic English

Graduate in any discipline.
