- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Prepare and share quotations in coordination with the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers to convert enquiries into orders.
- Update lead status, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM/ERP system.
- Coordinate with the field sales and internal teams for order processing and customer requirements.
- Maintain valuable relationships with existing customers and identify repeat-business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
