About the Role :

As the Lead - Data Engineering, Systems & Automation at IIDE, you will own and evolve the organization's data architecture, databases, business systems, integrations, automation, and reporting infrastructure.

You will be responsible for establishing a centralized and scalable data ecosystem that acts as the organization's source of truth across CRM platforms, websites, LMS platforms, student and internal portals, payment systems, marketing platforms, reporting tools, and other business applications.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining data engineering, database architecture, API integrations, automation, business systems, reporting, and team leadership.

What You'll Do :

- Own IIDE's centralized data architecture and evolving data ecosystem.
- Design scalable data models, database structures, entities, relationships, and data flows.
- Establish the central data platform as the source of truth for lead, applicant, student, enrollment, and operational data.




- Design and maintain scalable relational and NoSQL database architectures.
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines required for operational and reporting use cases.
- Design integrations across CRM platforms, websites, LMS platforms, portals, payment systems, marketing tools, BI platforms, and internal applications.
- Build and manage automations using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or comparable tools.
- Own the data infrastructure required for consistent and reliable management reporting.
- Lead and mentor team members working across data engineering, systems, integrations, automation, and reporting.

What We're Looking For :

- 6 - 10 years of relevant experience across Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Business Systems, Software Engineering, Automation, or related technology roles.
- Proven experience leading, mentoring, or managing technical team members.
- Strong hands-on SQL skills with experience using relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Working understanding of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Robust knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, API authentication, and third-party integrations.
- Experience building automation workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, or comparable platforms.
- Experience with CRM platforms and business applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and project-management capabilities.
