About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our dynamic team remotely. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in data analysis, data science, or data engineering who excel at transforming raw data into actionable insights and scalable data pipelines. As a key member of our data team, you will own the end-to-end process of data collection, processing, and analysis, working closely with product managers, data analysts, and engineering teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Your expertise will be instrumental in designing robust data architectures, developing machine learning models, and ensuring data quality across various sources and platforms.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess over five years of experience in data analysis, data science, or data engineering, with a proven track record of managing complex data projects. Strong proficiency in SQL is essential, along with hands-on experience working with relational and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar is required for developing data pipelines and analysis scripts.

Candidates should have experience building or maintaining ETL/ELT processes and data warehouses, demonstrating an ability to design scalable data models and schemas.



Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is desirable. Excellent communication skills in English are necessary to translate business needs into technical solutions, and the ability to work independently in a remote, rapid-paced environment is crucial.

- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and workflows that support analytics, reporting, and modeling requirements.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic business decisions.
- Build, validate, and optimize statistical or machine learning models to address specific business challenges.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of data across multiple sources and pipelines.
- Design and maintain data models, schemas, and data warehouses that facilitate scalable analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into effective data solutions and reports.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of data best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in requirement reviews, identify potential data risks early, and develop mitigation strategies.
