Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Collection Executive to collect, verify, organize, and maintain accurate information from various sources. The role involves research, data gathering, calling or field-level coordination when required, and maintaining records in company systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect accurate data from online and offline sources as per company requirements.
- Research and identify relevant information using websites, directories, social media, and other approved sources.
- Make calls or communicate with individuals/businesses to collect and verify required information.
- Verify collected data for accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
- Enter and update collected information in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, or company systems.
- Cross-check information from multiple sources wherever required.
- Identify duplicate, outdated, or incorrect information and update records accordingly.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of collected data.
- Follow assigned data-collection formats, guidelines, and processes.
- Coordinate with the internal team for clarification or additional information.




- Complete daily and weekly data-collection targets within the given timelines.
- Prepare basic reports on data collected and work completed.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

Required Skills
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic research and information-gathering skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good typing and data-entry accuracy.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify incorrect information.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of information.
- Willingness to learn and follow standard processes.

Eligibility
- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.
- Experience: Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with experience in Data Collection, Data Entry, Research, Telecalling, Back Office, or Operations will be preferred.
