About the RoleWe’re looking for a Data & Business Analytics qualified who can turn numbers into decisions.

This is not a traditional reporting role. You’ll have visibility across product, marketing, user behavior, revenue, and finance, connecting data from multiple platforms to build a clear picture of how the business is performing.

You’ll work closely with leadership and marketing to identify trends, understand user behavior, optimize promotions, and provide data-backed recommendations that directly influence business strategy.

What You’ll DoBusiness & Product Analytics

- Own and manage the key KPIs that drive the business
- Build and analyze user cohorts, retention, engagement, and lifecycle performance
- Analyze trends, identify anomalies, and uncover growth opportunities
- Connect data across multiple platforms and systems to create a complete view of business performance
- Develop and maintain daily reporting and dashboards
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership

Marketing & Growth Analytics

- Analyze ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion, retention, and campaign performance
- Work closely with the Marketing team on user segmentation and promotional targeting
- Identify high-value user segments and opportunities for personalized promotions
- Measure the effectiveness of promotions and marketing campaigns
- Help answer questions like: Who should we target? What should we offer them? What did we get back from it?

Finance & Business Reporting

- Own weekly business performance reporting
- Track revenue, expenses, and key financial metrics
- Monitor cash burn and cash position
- Analyze actuals versus expectations/budgets
- Connect financial performance with operational, product, and marketing data




- Highlight areas requiring attention and provide data-backed recommendations

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, or a similar role
- Strong experience with SQL and data analysis
- Experience working with multiple data sources and analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of cohort analysis, ROAS, CAC, LTV, retention, and user segmentation
- Experience building dashboards and recurring business reports
- Good understanding of financial and business metrics
- Ability to analyze data independently and identify meaningful insights
- Strong communication skills — you can explain complex analysis in simple business terms
- Strong ownership and attention to detail

Nice to Have

- Experience in a consumer, gaming, sportsbook, fintech, marketplace, or subscription business
- Experience with marketing attribution and user-level analytics
- Experience working with financial reporting and cash-flow analysis
- Experience with tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
