Role Description The Data Analytics Technical Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves designing and delivering technical training programs in data analytics, including preparing curriculum, learning materials, and hands-on exercises. The trainer will conduct classroom sessions, workshops, and labs, explain complex concepts in accessible language, and guide learners through practical data analytics tools and methodologies.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing learners’ needs, tracking progress, providing feedback, and updating training content based on industry trends and learner performance.



The trainer will collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure training aligns with up-to-date career requirements and organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Background in Technical Training, with experience as Technical Trainers and in Training & Development.
- Strong skills in Technical Training and Training, with the ability to design structured learning paths and outcomes.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear instructional delivery and the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in data analytics concepts and tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python/R, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau).
- Experience developing curricula, training materials, and assessments for technical subjects.
- Ability to facilitate interactive sessions, mentor learners, and manage classroom dynamics.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience training or teaching in academic, corporate, or bootcamp environments is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to inclusive, learner-centered instruction.
