. Key Responsibilities

A. Production Data Management

- Collect and consolidate daily production data from various departments, production lines, and shifts.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, manpower utilization, machine performance, and material consumption.
- Monitor planned versus actual production and identify deviations.
- Ensure timely and accurate updating of production data in Excel, ERP, or other reporting systems.

B. Data Analysis & Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Analyze production efficiency, line-wise output, rejection rates, wastage, and downtime.
- Develop dashboards and MIS reports for Unit Managers and Operations Management.
- Track key production KPIs and highlight performance gaps.
- Identify trends, bottlenecks, and recurring production issues through data analysis.

C. Productivity & Performance Monitoring

- Monitor line-wise and operator-wise productivity.
- Analyze manpower utilization and production capacity.
- Support production planning through historical data analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce production losses.
- Compare actual performance against established targets.

D. Quality & Cost Analysis

- Analyze footwear rejection, rework, and defect data.
- Track material wastage and production losses.
- Prepare reports on quality performance and recurring defects.
- Support cost analysis through production and material consumption data.
- Coordinate with the Quality and Production teams to identify improvement opportunities.

Process Improvement & Coordination

- Work closely with Production, PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and HR teams to obtain and validate data.
- Support management in root cause analysis of production inefficiencies.
- Assist in developing data-driven action plans for operational improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
- Perform other data analysis and reporting activities as assigned by management.

1. Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree.
- Additional certification in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or MIS will be an added advantage.

1. Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, MIS, or production reporting.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Exposure to footwear, leather goods, textile, or other production industries will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with solid analytical and technical skills may also be considered.

1. Technical Skills Required

- Advanced MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, and data validation.
- Working knowledge of Power BI or other dashboard tools.
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and production reporting.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Ability to interpret large datasets and present meaningful insights.
- Knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
