We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst who is passionate about turning raw data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, transform, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
- Strong Build dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau for senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and automate workflows, KPIs, and visualizations for operational and financial data (banking, taxation, property records, education, health, medical, etc.).
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and apply statistical techniques to derive trends, patterns, and insights.
- Use Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, etc.) for advanced analytics, automation, and predictive modeling.
- Work with Advance Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, Index-Match, Lookups) for quick data analysis and reporting.
- Timely Presenting the outputs with Power Point
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business problems and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency,



and integrity of datasets through validation and quality checks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years preferred) as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Business Intelligence, Data Associate, Data Specialist or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivoting, lookups, Power Query).
- Strong in delivering good presentation using Power Point
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
- Knowledge of SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Data Lake, Data Ware House Concepts, API understanding.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred / Nice to Have

- Experience in Data analytics (loans, deposits, transactions, customer insights).
- Exposure to Property Tax or Municipal Data Analytics.
- Familiarity with financial models, statistical methods, and predictive analytics.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per hour
