Data Analyst –

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of Excel, SQL, data visualization, and statistical analysis, with the ability to convert raw data into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.
- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau.
- Perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and charts.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for business teams and management.
- Identify data quality issues and ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work with different teams to understand business requirements and reporting needs.
- Present analytical findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
- Support data-driven decision-making by providing actionable recommendations.
- Automate repetitive reporting and data-processing tasks wherever possible.




- Maintain proper documentation of data sources, reports, dashboards, and processes.

Required Skills
- SQL – SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, subqueries, CTEs, window functions.
- Microsoft Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, formulas, charts.
- Power BI / Tableau – Dashboard and visualization development.
- Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis is an advantage.
- Knowledge of statistics and data analysis techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful patterns.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Internship, academic projects, or practical experience in data analysis is an advantage.
- Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL is preferred.
