About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and Excel-savvy Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, organizing information, preparing reports, and finding useful insights from data. You should be comfortable working in Excel on a daily basis and have a good understanding of data management and analysis.

You’ll work with different types of data, maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and support the team with clear and useful information for decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Work with Excel on a daily basis to organize and maintain data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data and records.
- Clean and organize large datasets.
- Use Excel formulas, filters, sorting, and Pivot Tables.
- Use VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, and other Excel functions.
- Identify missing, incorrect, or duplicate information and correct it.
- Analyze data and identify trends, patterns, or inconsistencies.
- Prepare reports and summaries for management.
- Create Excel charts, dashboards, and performance reports when required.
- Track team performance, productivity, and other business-related data.
- Collect information from different teams and verify its accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle data responsibly.
- Complete reports and assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Work closely with different teams to support day-to-day reporting and data requirements.

What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will be:

- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable working with numbers and large amounts of data.
- Good at using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, filters, sorting, and data formatting.
- Strong in data analysis and problem-solving.

- Good at identifying errors and inconsistencies in data.
- Able to organize information in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
- Good at preparing reports and presenting information.
- Comfortable working independently as well as with a team.
- A quick learner who is willing to understand new systems and processes.

- Good in written and verbal communication.

Experience Previous experience in Data Analysis, MIS, Reporting, Excel, Operations, or a similar role is preferred.

Experience working with large datasets and preparing management reports is a plus.

Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, or other reporting tools will be an advantage.

However, experience is not everything. We’re also open to candidates who have strong Excel skills, good analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a genuine willingness to learn.
