nDiagnex (Carehorizon Health Private Limited) is building an integrated home healthcare ecosystem

nacross Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Kolkata and Howrah. We bring serious medical care into the home

n— dialysis, diagnostics, nursing and caregiving, home ICU setup, doctor consultations, clinical

nprocedures and elderly care — so families can look after the people they love without juggling a

ndozen different providers. We are a young, fast-moving team with deep roots in healthcare, and we

nare building the systems, the brand and the people that will define how premium home care works in

nIndia.

nTHE ROLE

nEvery patient inquiry, home visit, lab report and campaign leaves a trail of data. Your job is to turn

nthat trail into clarity — and to use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to do in hours what used to take

ndays. This is a role for someone who sees AI as a daily working tool, not a novelty, and who still

ninsists on checking every number before it reaches a decision-maker.

nWHAT YOU’LL DO

n• Own the reporting the leadership team runs the business on — inquiry volumes, conversions,

nservice delivery and marketing performance — across cities and service verticals.

n• Use Claude, ChatGPT and similar tools to clean, structure, summarise and analyse data, and

nturn what works into repeatable AI-assisted workflows the wider team can use.

n• Build and maintain dashboards and trackers (Google Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio or similar)

nthat stay accurate without constant manual repair.

n• Spot the patterns worth acting on — where inquiries drop off,



which channels bring families who

nstay with us, which services are growing — and present them in plain language.

n• Design prompts, templates and small automations that remove repetitive work for operations,

nmarketing and care teams.

n• Set simple, sensible standards for how data is captured across teams, and keep our data clean,

nconsistent and documented.

n• Handle patient and business data with strict confidentiality, following our data-protection

npractices at every step.

nWHAT YOU BRING

n• 1–3 years in data analysis, business analysis, MIS or a similar role. Exceptional freshers with a

nstrong portfolio of work are welcome to apply.

n• Hands-on, daily use of Claude, ChatGPT or similar tools — you know how to prompt well, how

nto check AI output critically, and when not to trust it.

n• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills: pivots, lookups, advanced formulas and data cleaning.

n• Working comfort with at least one of SQL, Python or Google Apps Script — or clear evidence

nthat you learn technical tools quickly.

n• The ability to explain findings simply to colleagues who are not technical.

n• A genuine obsession with accuracy. In healthcare, a wrong number is never a small thing.

nGOOD TO HAVE

n• Exposure to healthcare, diagnostics or service businesses.

n• Experience with CRM data and automation tools such as Zapier, Make or n8n.

n• Familiarity with Looker Studio, Power BI or similar BI tools.
