Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Data Analyst at D2N Solutions.

The Data

Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to support business decisions and client projects. The role involves performing data analysis, building reports and dashboards, and applying statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical tasks,



document findings, and present clear, actionable recommendations. The position also includes maintaining data quality, supporting data modeling efforts, and contributing to process improvements and best practices in data management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proven experience in Data Analytics.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Statistics and the ability to apply statistical methods to real-world data.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Candidates should possess experience in Data Modeling and working with structured and unstructured datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and SQL or other query languages is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with distributed teams.
- Familiarity with programming languages used in data analysis (e.g., Python or R) and experience in consulting or client-facing roles are a plus.
