nJob Summary

nWe are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Analyst with expertise in SAS, Python, SQL, and Tableau to support data-driven marketing analytics and strategy initiatives in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop insightful dashboards and scalable SAS processes for multiple clients.

nKey Responsibilities

n? Marketing Campaign Strategy & Audience Development

n

- Design data-driven marketing strategies for banking products based on historical campaign performance.
n
- Develop AI/ML models to optimize campaign ROI and customer targeting.
n
- Build and validate campaign audiences aligned with approved strategies.
n

n? Campaign Performance Analysis & Reporting

n

n
- Enhance and maintain Tableau dashboards with a focus on usability and visual storytelling for non-technical stakeholders.
n
- Conduct in-depth data analysis using SAS to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
n
- Perform segmentation using decision trees and clustering techniques.
n
- Execute statistical A/B testing to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
n




- Translate client requirements into technical specifications and deliver data-backed solutions.
n
- Prepare and present findings through impactful PowerPoint presentations and ad hoc reports.
n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
n
- Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics, preferably in marketing or BFSI.
n
- Proficient in SAS, SQL, and/or Python for data manipulation and analysis.
n
- At least 1 year of experience in building dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
n
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace.
n
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector is a strong plus.
n
- Certifications in SAS or Tableau are advantageous.

nAdditional Requirements

- Must be available to work evening shifts to support global clients.
n
- Work from office: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Gurugram or Ahmedabad.
