We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about data, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be eager to learn data analysis techniques to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business stakeholders.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets.
- Assist in creating and maintaining databases and data models.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Work closely with different teams to understand business requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis requests.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of
MS Excel
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts).
- Understanding of
SQL and database concepts.
- Knowledge of
Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Python (Pandas, NumPy) is a plus.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools.
- Understanding of business reporting and KPIs.
