We are looking for resources to join our Master Data Management (MDM) team at Sii Group India, where you will be responsible for maintaining and improving master data quality within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;). The role involves managing item master records, performing data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities, and ensuring compliance with data governance standards. You will work closely with business stakeholders to support accurate and consistent data across procurement, supply chain, inventory, and reporting processes.

Your tasks

- Managing item master records, including creation, maintenance, updates, and deactivation within D365 F&O;
- Maintaining product data, attributes, units of measure, and lifecycle-related information
- Performing data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance activities to ensure data accuracy
- Identifying and resolving duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent records across business systems
- Reconciling master data between D365 F&O; and other integrated enterprise applications
- Conducting root cause analysis and coordinating corrective actions for data-related issues
- Supporting data governance, standardization, and compliance with master data policies and procedures
- Analysing large datasets using Excel and preparing reports to support business decision-making

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) and Item Master Data Management in enterprise environments
- Proven ability to maintain high-quality master data through data validation, cleansing, governance, and compliance practices




- Solid understanding of ERP processes across procurement, supply chain, inventory, and related business functions
- Hands-on experience reconciling and analyzing data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and large-scale data management
- Stakeholder management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in global teams
- Excellent communication skills with fluent English proficiency - minimum B2 level

Nice to have

- Previous work with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM), including inventory, procurement, and warehousing processes
- Knowledge of Product Information Management (PIM), including product catalogs, hierarchies, attributes, and standardization practices
- Exposure to Master Data Governance initiatives, data quality programs, and continuous process improvement activities
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or ERP data migration projects supporting reporting, automation, and operational efficiency
