We are having an excellent job opportunity for D365 CRM role at Ghansoli Navi Mumbai location.

Role & Responsibilities

- Act as the functional expert for the Group CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales - digiSales).
- Provide Level 2 support for incidents and requests escalated by the Service Desk.
- Analyze business needs and propose functional solutions aligned with business processes and platform capabilities.
- Participate in CRM-related projects by providing functional expertise, impact analysis, and implementation support.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog management, prioritization, and delivery of enhancements.
- Configure and maintain standard Dynamics 365 Sales functionalities.
- Coordinate testing activities and support solution validation before production deployment.
- Maintain application documentation, user guides, and knowledge articles.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Group IT teams, and external implementation partners in a global environment.




- Contribute to the continuous improvement, adoption, and governance of the digiSales platform.

Skills & Experience

- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
- Valuable understanding of CRM and sales processes, including Lead, Opportunity, Account, and Pipeline Management.
- Experience in application support, business analysis, solution configuration, and testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed international teams.
- Fluent in English.
- 5+ years of experience in a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, CRM Consultant, or Application Support role.
- Experience in multinational environments and Microsoft certifications are considered an asset.
