Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide L2/L3 technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and integrations.

- Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.

- Design, develop, and support customizations and integrations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of enhancements.

- Manage source control and deployment processes through Azure DevOps.

Skills Required:

- 6-7 years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 development.

- Solid hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

- Proficiency in C#, X++, and data integration techniques.

- Experience with REST APIs and Azure services.

- Solid understanding of SQL and data analysis.

Good to Have

- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
