nEDIO is an electronics repair-tech company building tools, devices, training solutions, and intelligent systems for repair professionals across India.

nWe are looking for a results-driven D2C Sales Head to build and lead our direct-to-customer sales operations. You will be responsible for increasing product sales through calls, WhatsApp, our website, social media, events, and technician communities.

Responsibilitiesn

n
- Develop and execute EDIO’s D2C sales strategy.
n
- Own monthly revenue, conversion, and collection targets.
n
- Convert leads received through calls, WhatsApp, social media, the website, and events.
n
- Recruit, train, and manage the inside-sales team.
n
- Build structured lead follow-up and customer-retention processes.
n
- Improve conversion rate, average order value, upselling, and repeat purchases.
n
- Manage the customer journey from enquiry to payment and delivery.
n
- Track sales performance using CRM reports and dashboards.
n
- Coordinate with marketing, product, logistics, and customer-support teams.
n
- Collect customer feedback and provide market insights to the product team.
n

Requirementsn

n
- 3–7 years of experience in D2C, inside sales, telesales, e-commerce, or consumer-electronics sales.
n
- Experience managing sales targets and leading a team.
n
- Solid communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
n
- Knowledge of CRM, lead management, WhatsApp sales, and sales funnels.
n
- Ability to analyse sales data and improve team performance.
n
- Fluency in English and at least one regional Indian language.
n
- Experience in electronics, tools, appliances, spare parts, or technical products is preferred.
