About the Role:

Own the entire D2C P&L; (Website & App) for 1–2 Company Owned Brands. Scale revenue by optimizing the full customer journey – from ad click to repeat purchase.

Key Responsibilities

? Own revenue targets & channel P&L; (CM2, ROAS, MER)

? Oversee Meta, Google & emerging channels for high-quality traffic

? Manage Shopify storefront – UI/UX, CRO, A/B testing, AOV growth

? Track CAC, LTV, AOV, Churn via dashboards & cohort analysis

? Build CRM journeys (Email, WhatsApp, SMS) to boost retention

? Coordinate with Inventory,



Product, Logistics, CS & Tech teams

Requirements:

✅ 4+ years in D2C / E-commerce growth roles

✅ Hands-on with Shopify, GA4, Meta Ads Manager

✅ Experience with Klaviyo / WebEngage / CleverTap

✅ Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, AOV, ROAS, MER

✅ Proven P&L; ownership & D2C scaling experience

✅ Beauty / Fashion / FMCG / D2C background preferred
