Position: Ad Creative Strategist (D2 C Brands) Location: Remote Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Experience: Minimum 5+ Years (Relevant experience only)We're Looking For Someone Who Has:✔️ 5+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Media Creative Strategy (applications with less experience will not be considered)✔️ Strong understanding of Meta ad creatives, hooks, angles, customer psychology,



and conversion-focused messaging✔️ Proven experience working with Performance Marketing campaigns (not just content marketing or branding)✔️ Ability to analyze creative performance using data and continuously improve results✔️ Experience collaborating with media buyers, copywriters, designers, and clients✔️ D2 C brand experience is highly preferred✔️ Robust strategic thinking with excellent communication skills Compensation & Growth: Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹65,000 (Negotiable for the right candidate)?
