About The Role

We are seeking experienced CyberArk PAM (Privileged Access Management) professionals to join our team for an in-person hiring drive at our Kochi location. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in CyberArk solutions, particularly in implementing, integrating, and supporting CyberArk 9.x modules. The selected candidates will play a vital role in managing privileged access security, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of critical systems.

The position involves working closely with support teams, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing automation to streamline onboarding and offboarding processes across various platforms. Candidates should possess a comprehensive understanding of privileged account management, security protocols, and integration techniques, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions within project timelines.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years and up to 15 years of relevant experience in CyberArk PAM solutions.



A strong understanding of CyberArk 9.x modules is essential, including Enterprise Password Vault, Password Vault Web Access, Central Policy Manager, Privileged Session Manager, Application Identity Manager, and Privileged Threat Analytics. Hands-on experience in integrating CyberArk with Windows, databases, Unix, and network devices is mandatory, with demonstrated success in multiple projects.

Knowledge of scripting and automation for onboarding and integration tasks is required. Candidates with CyberArk certifications will be preferred, as they demonstrate a validated expertise in the domain. A background in troubleshooting, documentation, and complex customization within CyberArk environments is highly desirable.

Additionally, familiarity with BAU support processes, SLA management, and incident/problem resolution is necessary for this role.

Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for performing the role of a CyberArk Engineer, including the design, implementation, and support of privileged access management solutions.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting CyberArk product components, configurations, and integrations to ensure seamless operation. The candidate must meet project deadlines and deliver solutions aligned with client requirements and security standards. Working collaboratively with support teams, they will assist in resolving escalated issues and providing technical guidance.

Additionally, the role involves automating onboarding, offboarding,



and integration tasks using scripting languages, documenting detailed design and integration manuals, and supporting the implementation of CyberArk brokering solutions based on approved designs. The candidate should also contribute to maintaining and enhancing existing CyberArk environments, ensuring compliance with security policies, and supporting BAU activities such as incident management and SLA adherence.
