Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Cybersecurity Freelancer to help identify, assess, and address security risks across our systems, applications, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability assessment, and security testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct vulnerability assessments and security testing.
- Identify and analyze security vulnerabilities, threats, and risks.
- Perform basic penetration testing of web applications, APIs, and networks.
- Review security configurations and recommend improvements.
- Monitor and assess potential security incidents.
- Prepare security assessment reports with explicit findings and recommendations.
- Support implementation of security best practices and controls.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
- Required SkillsStrong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and practices.
- Knowledge of VAPT,



penetration testing, network security, and web application security.
- Familiarity with tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Wireshark, Metasploit, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of OWASP Top 10.
- Knowledge of Linux and networking concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, OSCP, or equivalent are preferred.
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an advantage.
- Experience working with startups or technology companies is a plus.
- EngagementFreelance / Project-based engagement.
- Work will be assigned based on project requirements.
- Compensation will be discussed based on experience, expertise, and project scope.
