Role Overview

Cyber Liability underwriter with a blend of technical knowledge and underwriting experience to support the cyber insurance portfolio. The candidate should have a good understanding of the cyber risks, insurance coverage and pricing.

Skill:

- Positive understanding of cyber security framework.
- Familiar with cyber risks viz ransomware, data breaches , social engineering fraud etc.
- Good analytical, negotiation and communication skill

Education:

- Degree, Diploma or Certification in Cyber security
- Bachelors degree or post graduate diploma , preferably , in Insurance & Risk management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess clients cyber security posture.
- Underwrite cyber liability risks in line with company's underwriting guideline
- Structure policy and pricing based on analysis of risk and market trends
- Stay updated on emerging cyber threats, regulatory changes, new cyber coverage offered by the competitors .
- Work closely with the internal team, brokers and clients

Prior experience in assessing & underwriting cyber risk will be preferred.
