Role Description This is a full time, on-site Customer Technical Support role based in Gurugram.

The Customer Technical

Support professional will handle inbound queries, provide assistance with technical issues, and guide customers through product features and resolutions. Daily tasks include diagnosing problems, performing troubleshooting steps, documenting cases, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed. The role involves maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication, timely follow-up, and accurate information.





The position also requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to improve support processes and contribute to knowledge base content.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction focus, with a service-oriented mindset.
- Solid Analytical Skills for diagnosing problems, interpreting data, and identifying root causes.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Experience working in IT, BPO, or related customer service environments is preferred.
- Ability to work onsite in Gurugram, manage time effectively, and handle multiple customer cases in parallel.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRM tools, and basic networking or software concepts is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is beneficial, or equivalent practical experience in technical support.
