nAbout the Role

nWe are looking for Customer Support Executives to handle inbound calls and assist employees/customers with queries, requests, and support-related concerns.

nKey Responsibilities

- Handle inbound voice calls professionally.

- Assist with customer/employee queries and requests.
n
- Resolve issues or escalate when required.
n
- Maintain accurate call records.
n
- Deliver a positive customer experience.

nRequirements

- Solid spoken English – CEFR B2 level .

- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
n
- Customer-focused attitude.
n
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and week-offs.
n
- Willing to work night shifts.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
