Hiring: Customer Support Executive

Location: Noida / Gurgaon/ Delhi

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates upto 6 months

Education: 12th Pass / Graduate

We are looking for Customer Support Executives with good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, chat, or other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Eligibility & Skills
- 12th Pass or Graduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers and 6 months experienced candidates are welcome.




- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-friendly attitude and good listening skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Candidates with prior customer support/BPO/telecalling experience will be preferred.
