Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Support Executive (Voice) to join our international BPO team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in an international voice process and possess excellent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls for international clients.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate and qualified resolutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Follow company processes, call-handling guidelines, and quality standards.
- Accurately record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when required.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Maintain professional communication and proper call etiquette.
- Work effectively in a team and contribute to overall process performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO / International Voice Process.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/tools.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Gurgaon/Gurugram location.

Compensation
