About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle queries from our existing customers and ensure they receive timely and helpful assistance.
This is a non-sales customer support role. There are no sales targets involved. The primary responsibility will be to understand customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions, and coordinate with the relevant internal team whenever required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from existing customers and understand their queries or concerns.
- Provide appropriate information and assistance to resolve customer issues.
- Coordinate with the concerned internal team when a query requires further support or technical assistance.
- Follow up with customers whenever required to ensure their queries are properly addressed.
- Maintain basic records and updates related to customer interactions.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department.
Required Skills
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of Tally.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
