About Us:

Millions Kart Pvt. Ltd. is an e-commerce company dealing in mobile covers, phone accessories and related products. We operate through our online stores and focus on providing a smooth shopping and customer support experience.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Confirmation Executive

Responsible for calling customers to confirm newly placed orders, verifying order details and helping reduce cancellations and RTO.

2. Abandoned Sales Executive

Responsible for following up with customers who have not completed their orders, understanding their concerns and encouraging them to complete their purchase.

Candidate Requirements :

- 12th Pass / Graduate – Graduation will be preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Expert in Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Should be comfortable using a computer, email, internet and other day-to-day tools.
- Good customer-handling and communication skills.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for working from home.
- Must have a computer/laptop and a suitable headset for calling work.
- Should be comfortable working independently from home and maintaining regular productivity.

Job Conditions :

- Job Type: Full-time
- Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH)
- Office Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Lunch Break: 1:30 PM to 2:10 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Sunday as per the assigned weekly schedule.
- Weekly Off: One weekly off will be provided between Monday and Saturday, as per the company schedule.
- Communication: Good communication skills in Hindi + English are required.
- Internet & Equipment:



Candidates must have a reliable internet connection, computer/laptop and headset suitable for regular calling work.
- Gazetted Holidays: Republic Day (26 January), Holi, Independence Day (15 August), Gandhi Jayanti (2 October) and Diwali.
- Leaves: Employees are eligible for 2 leaves per month, including during the probation period. These leaves will be carried forward for one year as per company policy.
- Leave Planning: Planned leave should be informed at least one week in advance. Sudden leave requests will not be entertained except in genuine/emergency situations.
- 7 Days Unpaid Training: The initial 7 days will be an unpaid training period. If the candidate successfully completes the training and is selected, the training amount will be paid as per company policy. If the candidate is not selected during training, no training payment will be applicable.
- Team Shuffle: Based on business requirements, employees may be moved/shuffled between teams or departments as required.
- Salary Security: A 5-day salary security amount will be applicable at the time of joining and will be refunded after successful completion of 3 months with the company, as per company policy.
