? We’re Hiring: Customer Support & Business Development Executive

? Location: Bangalore

? Experience: 1–5 years

?️ Communication: Excellent English; strong US English communication preferred

We are looking for a Customer Support & Business Development Executive who can confidently communicate with customers, understand their requirements, resolve queries, and help build stronger customer relationships.

This is a call-intensive role , so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day, handling inbound queries, making outbound follow-up calls, and ensuring that every customer interaction is handled professionally.

What you’ll be doing

- Handle inbound customer support calls and respond to customer queries.
- Make outbound calls and follow-ups with customers and prospects.
- Understand customer requirements, concerns, and feedback and communicate the right solution clearly.
- Support customers in understanding our AI-powered performance marketing platform and its capabilities .
- Coordinate internally with marketing, product, and operations teams to resolve customer requirements.
- Identify potential business opportunities during customer conversations and support the business development process .
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers.
- Handle challenging or unexpected customer conversations with confidence, empathy, and creative problem-solving.
- Collect customer feedback and share actionable insights with internal teams.
- Build long-term customer relationships through strong communication and consistent support.





What we’re looking for
- 1–5 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Business Development, Inside Sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills ; US English communication experience is preferred.
- Basic to good understanding of digital/performance marketing , including platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- An understanding of AI-based performance marketing, MarTech, or SaaS products would be a strong advantage.
- Comfortable with high-volume customer conversations and follow-ups.
- Ability to understand customer statements beyond the surface level and respond with the right context and solution.
- Solid interpersonal skills and a creative, solution-oriented approach to customer conversations.
- Ability to explain technical or marketing concepts in a simple and customer-friendly manner.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving technology and AI environment.
