Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, email, and chat
- Assist customers with trading platform and account-related issues
- Handle account opening, KYC, and demat-related queries
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Provide support related to trading processes and services
- Maintain skilled and customer-friendly communication
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- 1+ year experience in customer support any industry
- Basic understanding of stock market and trading concepts is an advantage
- Ability to handle customers professionally and resolve queries effectively
- Malyalam Language Is must
