Job Title: International Voice Process Executive
Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore
Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 days rotational week off
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team at our Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore office. This role requires interacting with international customers/clients over calls, so exceptional communication skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers in a professional manner
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information in a timely manner
- Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately
- Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary
- Meet individual and team performance targets (quality, productivity, SLAs)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English (fluency, clarity, and neutral/international accent preferred)
- Robust listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Comfortable working 5 days a week with rotational week offs (including weekends, as applicable)
- Prior experience in an international voice process is a plus, but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
- Basic computer proficiency
