About the Role eClerx Services Limited is hiring Voice Analysts / Customer Care Executives for our US Voice Process in Chandigarh.
This position requires employees to work from our Chandigarh office , so we are specifically looking for candidates who are currently residing in Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, or nearby areas and can commute to the office independently.

Only candidates currently based in Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, or nearby Tricity areas should apply.
Candidates currently residing in distant cities or states and looking to relocate to Chandigarh are requested not to apply .
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from US customers
- Understand and resolve customer queries
- Provide appropriate information and solutions
- Identify opportunities for sales and upselling
- Maintain accurate customer information in CRM
- Meet defined quality, productivity and performance targets
- Deliver a professional customer experience
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable working in rotational US shifts
- Willing to work from office
- Must be currently residing in or around Chandigarh
Compensation
- In-hand Salary: ₹20,100 – ₹23,100 per month
- Night Shift Allowance: ₹3,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: ₹3,000 – ₹7,000 per month after successful completion of probation
- Potential earnings: Up to ₹30,000 per month
- Other applicable perks as per company policy
