Daikin Airconditioning is looking for a Customer Handling Executive to manage customer interactions and support day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in both English and Hindi or Telugu.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls, queries, complaints, and service-related requests professionally.
- Communicate with customers in English and Hindi or Telugu and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with internal teams and service personnel to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain customer records, service requests, and relevant documentation.
- Follow up with customers regarding service appointments, complaints, and pending requests.
- Perform routine day-to-day administrative and customer service tasks.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports and update relevant systems/records.
- Ensure timely resolution and proper follow-up of customer concerns.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach at all times.

Requirements





- Proficiency in English and Hindi or Telugu— both verbal and written.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with valuable problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel and computer operations.
- Ability to multitask and manage day-to-day responsibilities efficiently.
- Previous experience in customer service, customer handling, or administration is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively with different teams.
