Position

Customer Service Associate – International Chat

Eligibility

- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in International BPO – Chat Process.
- Non-BPO / Domestic Process experience will not be considered.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- C1-level English proficiency preferred.
- Candidates with International Voice + Chat experience can also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through international chat support channels.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Provide quick and accurate resolutions to ensure a premium customer experience.
- Follow quality,



process and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.

- Operations Round
- Typing Test – 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
- SHL Assessment – 70%

Salary Structure 6–12 Months Experience:

- ₹24,000 in-hand + ₹3,000 after training
- Up to ₹26,000 + ₹3,000 after training

13–24 Months Experience:

- ₹28,000 in-hand + ₹4,000 after training
- Up to ₹29,000 + ₹4,000 after training

24+ Months Experience:

- Up to ₹32,000 + ₹4,000 after training

Note: Salary can be offered up to a 30% hike on the candidate's last drawn salary, subject to company assessment. Hiring & Cab Facility

- Hiring Zone: Up to 30 km from the office
- Cab Facility: Up to 30 km
- Excluding: Uttam Nagar & Dwarka
- Relocation candidates: Not preferred / relocation is not considered.
- Notice Period: 0–5 days acceptable.
- Candidates willing to accept a lower salary than their previous salary may also be considered.

Key Requirement

Candidates should have good English grammar, sentence formation, tense usage and written communication skills, as this is an international chat process. Fluency issues may be considered if the candidate has relevant international chat experience
