FX Interior Executors is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) with experience or strong interest in the interior design and execution field.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries and communicate with clients regarding their interior requirements.
- Understand client requirements for modular kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms, wardrobes, TV units, complete home interiors, and commercial interiors.
- Follow up with new leads, existing clients, and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Design, Site, and Execution teams.
- Schedule client meetings, site visits, design discussions, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and concerns and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Maintain proper records of leads, client discussions, quotations, site visits, and project status in the CRM system.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, design approvals, material selections, payments, and project milestones.
- Maintain regular communication with clients from initial enquiry to project completion.
- Collect client feedback and maintain long-term customer relationships.





Required Skills:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in CRM, client handling, sales coordination, or customer relationship management.
- Experience in the interior design, interior execution, construction, architecture, is preferred.
- Good understanding of interior design and execution processes.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving and co ordination skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with professional communication.
- Willingness to coordinate with clients and visit project sites when required.
- Interior industry experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month Call to HR - (phone hidden)
