1. Customer Support / Lead Generation ExecutiveEligibility

- Qualification: PUC / 12th Pass and above
- Languages: Fluent English and Hindi
- Excellent verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) is not accepted.
- Candidates must have explicit pronunciation and a neutral, easily understandable accent.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary

- Freshers: ₹25,000 CTC/month
- 6 months experience: ₹28,000 CTC/month

2. Customer Support Executive – Voice ProcessEligibility

- Qualification: Graduation mandatory
- Languages: Fluent English and Hindi




- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- MTI is not accepted.
- Candidates must have clear pronunciation and be comfortable communicating with customers in English and Hindi.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.

Salary

- Freshers: ₹23,000 CTC / ₹20,000 Take Home
- 6 months experience: ₹25,000 CTC / ₹23,000 Take Home
