Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Madhavaram. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer accounts, overseeing CRM systems and data, analyzing customer feedback and sales trends, and coordinating with sales, production, and logistics teams to deliver consistent service.

The CRM Manager will design and implement customer engagement strategies, segment customer markets for targeted outreach, and track key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and retention.



The role also involves preparing reports, supporting sales initiatives, resolving escalated issues, and contributing to continuous improvement in customer service processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting customer data, tracking performance metrics, and identifying trends.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for managing client interactions, collaborating with internal teams, and preparing transparent reports.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Market Segmentation skills to support business development, customer targeting, and upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan and execute CRM initiatives, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and meet deadlines.
- Experience using CRM software and tools, along with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in manufacturing or packaging industries is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
