We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager / Executive to manage and develop relationships with our international buyers and export customers for leather goods and fashion accessories.

The ideal candidate should have experience in export customer handling, buyer communication, order coordination, and business development, preferably within the leather goods, bags, wallets, fashion accessories, or related industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate regularly with international buyers through email, WhatsApp, calls, and video meetings.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing export customers.
- Follow up with buyers regarding enquiries, quotations, samples, product development, orders, and repeat business.
- Understand buyer requirements and coordinate with the design, sampling, production, quality, and dispatch teams.
- Prepare and send product presentations, catalogues, quotations, price lists, and product information to buyers.
- Follow up on new leads and convert potential international buyers into customers.
- Handle buyer queries professionally and ensure timely responses.
- Coordinate sample development and ensure samples are prepared and dispatched according to buyer requirements.
- Track export orders from confirmation through production and shipment.
- Maintain customer, enquiry, sampling, quotation, and order records.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and new product opportunities.
- Assist in identifying potential buyers, importers, distributors, wholesalers, and private-label customers in international markets.
- Coordinate internally to resolve customer concerns regarding products, quality, delivery, packaging, or documentation.




- Support management in expanding the company's leather goods export business.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, International Business, Export Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in customer relationship management, merchandising, export sales, or international business.
- Experience in leather goods, handbags, wallets, fashion accessories, footwear, garments, or similar export industries will be strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong email drafting and international buyer communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and basic CRM/order management.
- Ability to handle multiple buyers and orders simultaneously.
- Robust follow-up, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of export documentation and international shipping processes will be an advantage.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience handling international buyers for products such as leather bags, handbags, wallets, card holders, small leather goods, belts, travel accessories, and other fashion accessories will be preferred.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised, commercially aware, and comfortable communicating with international customers. The candidate should be able to take ownership of buyer relationships from the initial enquiry and sampling stage through order execution, shipment, and repeat business.
