nAbout the Role We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer communication, calls, ticketing, and day-to-day CRM operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills and be comfortable handling customers directly.

nKey Responsibilities

n• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls and resolve customer queries.

n• Manage and track customer tickets using Zoho, Verifast, and other CRM tools.

n• Handle queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations.

n• Follow up on pending tickets and ensure timely resolution.

n• Coordinate with internal teams for customer issue resolution.

n• Maintain accurate CRM records and daily operational trackers.





n• Escalate complex issues and ensure proper closure.

n• Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with the relevant teams.

nRequirements

n• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer support, or customer experience.

n• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

n• Confident in handling customer calls.

n• Experience with CRM/ticketing tools; Zoho and Verifast preferred.

n• Good Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.

n• Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

n• Customer-first attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
