- Handle enquiries from students and parents through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.

- Understand students' requirements regarding country, course, university, intake, and budget.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and ensure timely communication.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

- Coordinate with academic counsellors and application teams for student requirements and updates.

- Explain the overall study-abroad process, including admissions, documentation, and application timelines.

- Keep students informed about application progress, offer letters, deadlines, and other key updates.

- Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, follow-ups, and interactions in the CRM system.





- Follow up on leads and support the team in achieving enquiry-to-application and application-to-enrolment targets.

- Address customer concerns professionally and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.

- Collect feedback from students and parents and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.

- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective students until successful enrolment.

- Ensure all customer information and documents are handled confidentially.
