HealTether Health is an ABDM-enabled healthcare software company providing HMIS solutions for hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and labs. We are hiring a Customer Relationship Executive for Rajkot to manage hospital relationships, follow up with leads, coordinate software demos and support customer onboarding.

Role: Customer Relationship Executive

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

Job Type: Full-time Contractual

Work Mode: Hybrid - remote calling/work plus onsite hospital visits as required

Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹40,000 per month + performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with hospitals, clinics and healthcare decision-makers in Rajkot
- Schedule and coordinate HealTether HMIS product demos
- Visit hospitals for meetings, relationship building and follow-ups when required
- Explain HealTether HMIS benefits, ABDM relevance and PM-JAY/MAA Yojana software requirements clearly
- Maintain daily lead updates, call notes, follow-up dates and sales status in CRM/Google Sheets
- Coordinate with internal teams for demos, onboarding,



documentation and customer support
- Build long-term relationships with hospital owners, administrators and staff

Requirements
- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi and basic English
- Comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp follow-ups and onsite meetings
- Basic computer knowledge: Google Sheets, email and CRM updates
- Prior experience in sales, customer support, healthcare, pharma, diagnostics, insurance or software sales preferred
- Freshers with solid communication and willingness to learn may also apply
- Candidate should be based in or near Rajkot
- Two-wheeler preferred for local visits

Compensation This is a contractual role with a fixed monthly payout of ₹20,000 to ₹40,000, depending on experience and interview performance, plus performance-based incentives for qualified demos, hospital onboarding and successful customer conversion.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
