We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our Solar team.Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer enquiries, follow-ups and relationships.
- Explain solar solutions, pricing, savings and project timelines.
- Handle residential, commercial and industrial solar customers.
- Explain CAPEX, OPEX/RESCO, PPA and EPC models.
- Track customers from enquiry through installation and commissioning.
- Handle customer queries and complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain customer data, leads and follow-ups
- Maintain robust relationships with existing customers and generate referrals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in customer relationship executive




- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and negotiation skills.
