We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our Solar team.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle incoming solar enquiries and customer calls.
- Explain solar systems, project costs, expected generation and savings to customers.
- Understand customer requirements for residential, commercial and industrial solar projects.
- Explain CAPEX, OPEX/RESCO, PPA and EPC models in simple terms.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into site visits and sales opportunities.
- Schedule customer site surveys and follow up on survey reports.
- Keep customers updated about project progress.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.
- Maintain customer information and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, follow-ups and project status.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and generate referrals.

Requirements




- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in customer relationship executive
- Experience in the solar/renewable-energy industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office
